Scottish Letting Agent Registration and ARLA Propertymark Membership
- As a registered letting agent with the Scottish Government we must adhere to the Letting Agent Code of Practice and legal requirement that we hold a dedicated client money account and Client Money Protection (CMP) insurance
- We are also a member of ARLA Propertymark who provide our cover for CMP insurance
- As part of the ARLA Propertymark strict professional member standards we must submit to regular financial and letting agent checks
- The ARLA Propertymark CMP scheme reimburses landlords and tenants should a letting agent misappropriate their rent, deposit or other client funds
