Home Emergency
All of our landlords are obliged to provide tenant home emergency insurance cover at no extra cost to you the tenant. Details of your specific cover have been provided to you at the beginning of your tenancy. Please contact the insurer directly for assistance with any home emergency which can be accessed during and out of office hours.
Out of Hours
Please report any home emergency issues either to Fixflo using the link in the button below or if you have been provided with home emergency insurance details at the start of your tenancy then please contact the home emergency service first on the details provided. If the matter is not an emergency then please wait until the office is open to report your routine repair or maintenance request.
