We are able to provide a full management service allowing you to take back your time and enjoy a bespoke and stress free service. We also provide a let only service where we will market your property, secure a tenant and carry out all our usual services up to entry before handing over management to you.
ARLA Accredited and Registered Scottish Letting Agent
You can be secure in the knowledge that we are an ARLA accredited letting agent meeting the strictest professional standards in letting and are also a registered Scottish Letting Agent. We hold all client funds in a dedicated client account which is backed up by Client Money Protection Insurance for added security for landlords.
Repairs and Maintenance
In order to ensure that your property meets the Scottish letting standards, we have an extensive base of approved contractors who we regularly rely on to provide a professional and high level of service. We will carry out routine inspections of properties to ensure that tenants are also meeting their obligations to upkeep the property and report any required repairs. We ask all our fully managed landlords to have a home emergency insurance policy in place for tenants.
